Our Training Department continuously updates our security personnel with the latest government and industry regulations. We have a defined system of selection and training. The induction training of 26 periods spread over 3 days is given to the new entrants. We also have a well-planned training system for the existing work force which includes “Refresher Training” and “Need based Training”. We also have an effective monitoring system to look after day-to-day security functions at work sites.
